At least 8 hours of sleep.

Vitamin B supplements.

Vitamin D supplements.

A trip somewhere warm.

A sun lamp on my desk.

Sunlight every day.

Walks every day.

Downtime.

Reading.

My dog.

Writing.

Zoloft.

Play.
