My upcoming book, Build Your Empire, features 3 amazing female legal business owners. One my missions with my consulting practice, Law Practice Queen, is to encourage female lawyers to start or scale their law practices, allowing them to have more time with their families, and better work/life balance to allow them to stay in the legal industry on their own terms.

By highlighting other female legal entrepreneurs, I hope other female lawyers can see that it is possible to start a law firm or create a book of business in their current firm.
