Learning to Trust Yourself
I used to "defer" to attorneys with more experience than me. 🤦🏻♀️
If they said something that I thought was wrong legally, I would assume that they knew better than me.
Of course, I'd always go and look things up, and many times I was right. But in the moment, I wouldn't want to look stupid or like I got something wrong.
This is the ugly side of imposter syndrome or being a green attorney.
You don't trust yourself yet.
Do yourself a favor and TRUST YOURSELF.
