Law firm owners (or former law firm owners): are you happy that you decided to start a law firm?

Why or why not?

I started my law firm on 2019.

I started my own firm so I could have more control over how I ran my law practice:

⚖️What kinds of clients I took on (I wanted to represent both employees and companies)

🏡Where I worked (I wanted to work remotely)

💪Who I worked with (I wanted my own dedicated team that I didn't have to share with anyone else)

✅I have been able to get those three things with my own practice.

Of course, running a law firm comes with different challenges, but I find the chaos oddly comforting 😂
