How do you pick the best lawyer for your case?

I went to lunch yesterday with a fellow lawyer, and we discussed what questions you should ask when you are interviewing potential lawyers for your case.

Here is one he suggested:

➡️Who will be handling my case if I hire your firm?

Many firms delegate work to a more junior attorney that is supervised by a partner. This way, the client can benefit from the junior attorney's lower hourly rate.

But, this can sometimes result in duplicative efforts and firms have to be careful to supervise the junior attorney's work and level of service.
