How Can You Use “I Am” Statements to Shift Your Mindset

How can you use "I am" statements to shift your mindset?

I am statements are powerful.

They can either lift you up, or limit you.

I used to tell myself things like...

"I am not smart enough to run a business."

"I am not a math person."

You see how these statements are limiting, and upon inspection, can be proven false with evidence?

Now let's use "I am" statements to lift you up:

"I am good with money."

"I am good with clients."

"Clients love working with me because..."

See the difference?
