13 Years
1️⃣3️⃣ I have been practicing employment law for 13 years.
💗I like employment law because it is very emotional, and only involves the workplace.
📚I prefer to do HR law and consulting on employment law compliance, working directly with my clients.
⚖️I like to do both sides of employment law, representing employers, executives, teachers, doctors, entrepreneurs, and other professionals.
💼I don't prefer employment cases that go to court. I prefer working directly only with my client, and not with opposing counsel or the courts. I'm very selective on what litigation matters I take on.
⚖️Employment law doesn't usually include these aspects - which you will see in other areas of the law:
🚸Kids
👨🏻👩🏻👧👦Family disputes
🚔Jail/criminal charges
Employment law does touch on these topics:
💊Addiction
♿Disability
🧠Mental health disorders
🚫Harassment/improper behavior
😔Discrimination
🗺️I plan to practice employment law for as long as I'm here on this planet.
