How Do You Create a Positive Work Environment in the Legal Industry?
How do you create a positive work environment in the legal industry?
Here's what has worked for me.
For starters, eliminate billable hours requirements.
Put employees first.
Give attorneys and staff the option to work remotely.
Bring back weekends. Allow your team to unplug, rest, and do things they are passionate about outside the office.
Don't micromanage your team.
What do you think? How can we improve law firm culture?

Do any of these interest you? Are you in the DC area?
Do you like to litigate employment and business cases independently for fantastic, nice clients and have a say in what cases you can handle?
Check out our opening. I'm hiring for a litigation lead. The job post with what we are looking for is here at this link.
Hope to chat with you soon. If you know of anyone that would be a good fit, I'd really appreciate you sending them my way.
