Have You Ever Felt Like You Weren’t Doing Enough?

❓Have you ever felt like you weren't "doing enough"?

😩It's a terrible feeling.

😥You think that if you just did more, tried harder, pushed more, then you could achieve the feeling of "doing enough." But this is no way to live - it's not sustainable.

❌This "not doing enough" feeling is a lie.

❌It's a trap.

😇You are doing enough - and I'll prove it.

📝For the past year, write down your accomplishments.

🤩What you've done, what you've worked on, and what you've achieved. Focus on your wins, no matter how small!

🎯It helps to have a focus for your accomplishments list - for example, limiting it to a job, a role, or an organization you are a part of. But you can go as broad or as narrow as you like, and you can also pick a different time frame, but we are looking for a high level snapshot, and a year is a good starting point.

😊If you feel like you are not doing enough, try this exercise above. I promise you are doing enough, and it's just your brain trying to tell you that you aren't.

😩If anything, you may realize after doing this exercise that you were doing TOO MUCH.

🔮The answer to our success often lies in scaling back, in simplifying.

🙏🏻I hope this exercise was helpful to you.
