In the past, law firms traditionally would refuse to network with competitors.
This is emblematic of a scarcity mindset.
But, there are more than enough clients and matters for all of us.
You need to adopt an ABUNDANCE mindset.
➡️When I am coaching female entrepreneurs, I encourage them to:
💸Embrace an abundance mindset
👋Network with their competitors
🧠Apply the info learned from competitor networking to understand how they compare to others in the market
Once you network and develop relationships with competitors, this can happen:
💸Competitors have a conflict in taking on a client matter and refer it to you.
🤑Competitors get too busy to take on a client matter and send it to you.
🧠Competitors share knowledge with you on pricing, best practices, and mistakes to avoid.
Adopt an ABUNDANCE mindset and see the results in your business.
