4 Ways to Keep Up With Posting Content

When you are already overwhelmed by the new year 😫 ⬇

1️⃣ Use themes or content pillars.
2️⃣ Schedule ahead.
3️⃣ Stick to a posting schedule.
4️⃣ Minimize your goals.

👑 Themes. Themes or content pillars can help you when you feel overwhelmed or stuck. Before New Years, instead of making a visual vision board, I put my plans for the year into a word document. For each of my businesses, I identified content themes to use online.

⏲ Schedule Ahead. LinkedIn now has a scheduling function, and I also use Buffer to schedule IG and Facebook posts with my marketing team. Since I'm in Disney World this week, I scheduled my content for the week on Sunday night. This way, I can ride roller coasters with my family while the content is going out.

⌚ Posting Schedule. A posting schedule can help you develop a marketing routine. I aim to post on LinkedIn each weekday, and my marketing team edits my LinkedIn posts for IG and Facebook. Each Monday I review the repurposed posts, edit them, and approve them. I also send monthly email newsletters for Lipp Law and LPQ.

◾ ▫ Minimize Your Goals. Overwhelm can come from taking on too much at one time. By focusing on one goal at a time, you will make faster progress, which will motivate you and give you a sense of accomplishment.

How do you beat overwhelm with drafting and posting your content?

Do you have a team or strategy for this year?
